Julia Parker, RN-BC, PhD is an experienced geriatric nurse and elder care leader with a reputation for passionate and intelligent advocacy for elders and their families. In addition to her years of experience in geriatric nursing, Julia has participated in extensive training through:

American Nursing Credential Center as a certified geriatric nurse;

National Council of Certification Dementia Practitioner;

Alzheimer’s Association; and

American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Julia is the author of Navigating Elder Care, has written for McKnight’s Senior Living and Idaho Nurse, Legal Nurse Consulting and gives seminars on dementia, aging well and elder care.
